Getting Started

How do I create an account?

What documents are required for KYC?

What countries are supported?

Trading

What are the trading fees?
Spot trading starts at 0.1% maker and 0.1% taker. Fees decrease with higher trading volume (VIP tiers) and can be reduced by up to 40% when paying fees with our native CRX token.
What is the minimum trade amount?
The minimum trade amount is $10 equivalent for most pairs. Some pairs may have different minimums which are displayed on the trading page.
What leverage is available for futures?
We offer up to 125x leverage for BTC/USDT perpetual futures and up to 100x for other major pairs. Leverage options vary by asset and account verification level.

How do I deposit funds?

How long do withdrawals take?
Crypto withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes after security checks. Bank wire withdrawals take 1-3 business days depending on your bank.
Are there deposit/withdrawal fees?
Crypto deposits are free. Withdrawal fees vary by network (e.g., BTC: 0.0005 BTC). Fiat withdrawals: free via bank wire, 1.5% via card.

How do you keep my funds safe?
